Inner Mongolia, despite the name, is actually in China. While the South of the province is pretty much all desert, the North is nothing but forests and grasslands.
Moerdaoga
This is the Northern tip of Inner Mongolia. Outside of the Russian-looking villages, the place looks like what you’d imagine Siberia to look like in the summer – rivers, endless forests, and relentless clouds of mosquitoes.
